This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care, flexibility, strong clinical acumen, collaborative spirit, a growth mindset and leadership skills to support the success of our programs. You will engage with patients through video, phone, and asynchronous communication platforms, delivering care that aligns with SteadyMDs commitment to excellence.Position Overview:<ul> <li> Role: Staff Physician </li> <li> Location: Fully Remote </li> <li> Schedule: Overnight, 40 hours per week (including some weekends)</li> <li> Compensation: $225k – $280k annually </li> </ul>Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Deliver patient care across SteadyMDs programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care.</li> <li>Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics).</li> <li>Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices.</li> <li>Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.</li> <li>Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset by training on all programs as assigned and approved by the Medical Executive Committee and working across multiple programs during scheduled shifts to provide timely, high quality, patient-centered care.</li> <li>Act as a clinical leader within SteadyMD’s operations, setting the standard for care delivery, professionalism and collaboration.</li> <li>Collaborate with peers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance program performance and patient outcomes.</li> <li>Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure.</li> <li>Cooperation with all teams on obtaining and maintaining additional licensure, and SteadyMD or program specific credentialing requirements as needed. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Active and unrestricted medical license (MD, DO) in applicable states.</li> <li>Board certification in a relevant specialty required (family medicine, med-peds,  emergency medicine).</li> <li>2 years experience preferred</li> <ul> <li>Must be comfortable prescribing compound medication</li> <li>Comfortable with complex chronic condition management preference</li> </ul> <li>Availability to work a minimum of two full weekends per month </li> <li>Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred </li> </ul>Skills Requirements: <ul> <li>Proficiency with technology platforms for telemedicine delivery.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Strong professionalism and ability to work autonomously.</li> <li>Leadership qualities and a commitment to collaborative care.</li> </ul>
