Stampli, a leader in B2B SaaS and FinTech innovation, is seeking a Senior Product Designer who excels at simplifying complexity, with a strong focus on mobile-first experiences, but also with solid experience designing for desktop. A designer who is excited about leveraging AI-driven experiences to create smarter, faster workflows. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to craft intuitive, mobile-optimized designs that help users get more done with less effort. Youll also explore how AI can reduce friction, automate repetitive actions, and support better decision-making across the product.<ul><li> 5+ years of UX/product design experience, with a strong emphasis on mobile-first design.</li><li>Proven success designing intuitive, user-friendly solutions for complex B2B workflows, especially for mobile platforms.</li><li>Experience designing for mobile gestures, bottom navigation, responsive layouts, and device limitations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to spot and address UX friction in mobile contexts (e.g., form entry, receipt capture, approval actions).</li><li>Experience with AI-enhanced product design, especially where automation or intelligent suggestions improve speed and accuracy.</li><li>Skilled in Figma, and comfortable collaborating with engineers to translate designs into production-ready solutions.</li><li>Strong UX research and testing skills, with a mobile-first lens.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Able to work across US and Israel time zones.</li><li>A portfolio that showcases mobile-first designs with AI-powered interactions and clear UX thinking.</li></ul> <ul><li>Design for Mobile-First - Own the mobile design strategy from end to end. Create responsive flows, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize thumb-friendly layouts, limited screen real estate, and quick interactions.</li><li>Simplify Complexity – Transform detailed, multi-step workflows into simple, elegant mobile and desktop experiences, especially within enterprise contexts.</li><li>End-to-End Ownership - Lead projects through all phases, from discovery and user research to iterative design, handoff, and refinement - with a bias toward mobile usability.</li><li>AI-Forward Thinking - Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product workflows, enhancing automation, personalization, and speed-to-value.</li><li>User-First Mindset - Conduct research and usability testing with a mobile lens. Understand how context (e.g., interruptions, one-handed use, small screens) impacts experience.</li><li>Clear Communication - Present design concepts clearly, with a strong rationale.
