As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an expert on Stampli‘s Accounts Financial Operations Platform for new and current customers, and help them with all aspects of support, onboarding, training and customer success. This primarily includes working with our customers directly via our chatbox, Intercom, and simple integration to accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct and QuickBooks.
