Our communication skills are just as important as our technical expertise.  This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA 100% in office.   Responsibilities: Safety Monitoring &amp; Incident Response <ul> <li>Monitor fleet safety alerts and take action when necessary (weather, route, etc) </li> <li>Execute incident response protocols with precision and urgency</li> <li>Provide immediate troubleshooting and remote assistance for mission-critical issues</li> <li>Serve as primary escalation point, effectively triaging issues to appropriate teams</li> </ul> Fleet Coordination &amp; Dispatch <ul> <li>Coordinate and dispatch scheduled partner shipments and internal autonomous vehicle testing missions</li> <li>Execute strategic route planning to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs</li> <li>Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for compliance and reporting</li> </ul> Communication &amp; Collaboration <ul> <li>Maintain clear communication with fleet operations, product development, service operations, and third-party partners</li> <li>Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams</li> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally</li> </ul> Technical Operations <ul> <li>Utilize advanced fleet management tools for monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Stay current with autonomous vehicle technology and operational protocols</li> <li>Apply problem-solving expertise to quickly resolve unexpected issues </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree (or) high school diploma with equivalent experience in logistics or transportation</li> <li>Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li> <li>Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high pressure situations</li> <li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required</li> <li>Valid US driver’s license and clear driving record</li> </ul><div>We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
