We’re seeking a top tier Sr. Program Manager for AI Solutions to support end-to-end implementation of AI solutions at enterprise customer organizations. You will establish and maintain robust project management infrastructure, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of AI solutions that deliver against customer expectations. This is a fully remote role based in the United States or Canada. <h3>What youll do...</h3> <ul> <li>Program Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions projects—from requirements gathering through development, deployment, and post-launch optimization. </li> <li>Project Management Infrastructure: Design and implement standardized processes, tools, and templates (e.g., status dashboards, delivery templates) to support consistent, scalable AI solution delivery. </li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Applied AI, Research, Product, and Engineering to drive alignment and remove roadblocks. </li> <li>Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on customer project status, milestones, and risks. </li> <li>Risk &amp; Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate issues appropriately, and document resolutions to continuously improve delivery processes. </li> <li>Resource &amp; Budget Planning: Define resource requirements, track team and project utilization, and optimize allocation across multiple concurrent AI initiatives. </li> <li>Change Management: Develop and execute change-management plans (training materials, user guides, rollout schedules) to drive adoption of AI-powered solutions within the business. </li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze post-implementation metrics, collect stakeholder feedback, and drive lessons-learned sessions to refine methodologies and accelerate future deployments. </li> </ul> <h3>On Day 1 we expect you to have...</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of program or project management experience at a technology or consulting/services company focused on technology implementation and delivery.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex, multi-stakeholder technology delivery projects end-to-end.</li> <li>Proficiency with project-management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of building and scaling PM infrastructures.</li> <li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to C-level executives.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.</li> <li>PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master certification preferred.</li> </ul> Compensation The salary range for this role is between $130,000-$150,000 USD if based in the US and between $100,000-$120,000 CAD if based in Canada. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
