Credit Support Administrator McKinney, Texas

Location:  

• This is a remote position for applicants not local to DFW (some travel may be required as needed). We will provide all equipment to do the necessary functionalities of the position. 

• This is a hybrid position for applicants local to DFW. Our corporate office is located at 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070 

What you’ll Do: 

• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers
• Data entry
• Participates on process improvement projects as assigned
• Working with Excel, Outlook, and Word on a daily basis
• Learn all areas of the Credit Department
• Ensures compliance with all company policies

Requirements We Look For:   

• Experience in an office setting or similar, as a Clerical or Administrative person
• Proven ability to prioritize as each day is extremely busy
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing deadlines
• Thrives in a team environment while having the ability to manage your work
• Able to use Microsoft Suite of tools effectively (Word, Outlook and Excel will a must!)
