The Director of Partner Success plays a key role in enabling and supporting SpyCloud’s global partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day execution of partner success initiatives that contribute to long-term retention, product adoption, and mutual business value. Operating under the guidance of the SVP of Customer Success, this position helps ensure that partners derive measurable benefit from SpyCloud’s solutions through structured engagement, process development, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable programs, solving complex problems, and collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in SaaS partnerships, a product-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering partner outcomes through well-executed strategy.
Note: This role requires residency in the Austin, TX (US) area and offers remote work flexibility.
What Youll Do:
Support Global Partner Success Strategy:
- Execute success plans that drive engagement, retention, and adoption of SpyCloud solutions across our global partner base.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support models, lifecycle processes, and success metrics aligned with company goals.
Enhance Partner Engagement:
- Build trusted working relationships with partner contacts, including product managers and technical leads.
- Facilitate value-based conversations and usage reviews to ensure partners understand and maximize the impact of SpyCloud’s offerings.
Operational Infrastructure & Metrics:
- Implement and refine partner-facing processes to support onboarding, success tracking, and proactive issue resolution.
- Maintain key performance indicators and help report on partner health and program performance to internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Channels, Business Development, and Marketing to align on partner priorities.
- Help translate partner feedback into internal insights that guide product and service improvements.
Process Improvement & Scalability:
- Identify gaps in current workflows and implement scalable solutions that enhance consistency and efficiency in partner support.
- Assist in building systems to streamline the gathering and application of partner insights.
Support Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with senior leadership to support broader partner ecosystem initiatives, including strategic enablement, growth programs, and joint planning.
- Play a contributing role in scaling partner operations as SpyCloud expands its global reach.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Partner Success, Product Management, or Customer Success, ideally in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage diverse stakeholder relationships
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to collaborate on product integration, support, and use case alignment
- Comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with process development in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using operational metrics to inform decisions, track success, and surface areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Startup experience or high-growth environment exposure is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) required
Nice to Have:
- Experience in and ongoing professional development or certifications in cybersecurity a plus
