As an AE, you will proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in North Americas SMB market. You will leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Sprinto can solve their unique compliance challenges. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, close high-value deals, and exceed quota.</div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospective clients unique requirements and challenges with respect to their GRC needs.</li><li>Closing leads from <b>SMB AMER</b> market with an <b>ACV of 5-15K ARR</b> &amp; carrying an annual quota of <b>400K</b></li><li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.</li><li>Work closely with your pod SDR to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals.</li><li>Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the customers needs.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 6–12 years of Sales OR Business Development OR Account Executive experience as a Hunter OR Closer OR New Business Sales professional in the B2B SaaS OR B2B Software OR IT Services OR Technology Services industry. Role must be focused on hunting new logos / acquiring new customers / net new business.</li><li><b>Outbound Prospecting / Lead Generation:</b> Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Outbound Prospecting OR Cold Calling OR Lead Generation OR Pipeline Generation OR Business Development Outreach OR Sales Development.</li><li><b>Territory Management:</b> Minimum 4 years of direct experience handling NAMER OR North America OR US OR United States region. Experience should include regional sales ownership OR territory planning OR enterprise account management across these geographies.</li><li><b>Quota Performance:</b> Proven track record of meeting AND exceeding annual quotas / sales targets / revenue goals in the range of $250K TO $350K (new business).
