You will be responsible for building a strong network of consulting firms, MSPs/MSSPs, and channel partners that drive joint pipeline and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, you will design and execute <b>go-to-market (GTM) strategies</b>, enable partners with the right tools and content, and co-sell alongside our sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.</div><div>This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in <b>SaaS alliances, channel sales, and partner management</b>, and is eager to make a mark in a fast-scaling global SaaS company.</div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Recruit and onboard new Mid-Market partners (consulting firms, MSPs, MSSPs, channel partners) across the US.</li><li>Drive seamless partner onboarding, including legal formalities, enablement training, and co-marketing kick-off.</li><li>Build and deliver enablement assets such as joint value proposition decks and business plans.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales teams on co-selling opportunities; join partner-led customer calls to close deals.</li><li>Track partner performance across pipeline, deal registration, velocity, and win rates.</li><li>Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on targets and co-sell strategies.</li><li>Own partner scorecards and quarterly revenue targets.</li><li>Refine partner segmentation, tiering, and GTM motions for scale.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Overall experience of 8-10 years with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles, ideally at Series B - C stage</li><li>Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across multiple countries</li><li>Strong sales acumen: familiarity with partner-led selling motions</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in remote and in-person settings</li><li>Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus (e.g., German, French)</li><li>Self-starter with strong project and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Remote First Policy</li><li>5 Days Working With Flexi Hours</li><li>Group Medical Insurance (Parents, Spouse, Children)</li><li>Group Accident Cover</li><li>Company Sponsored Device</li><li>Education Reimbursement Policy</li></ul>
