You will coordinate in ensuring all the bugs that could possibly be caught automatically are caught. You will work across frameworks and platforms to create a next-gen QA pipeline. You will coordinate setting up the infrastructure and best practices for writing tests for the rest of the R&amp;D organization.</div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain <b>robust automation frameworks</b> for UI, API, and integration testing to reduce manual effort and increase release confidence.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers to create <b>detailed test strategies, plans, and cases</b> for complex, business-critical features.</li><li>Own <b>end-to-end quality</b> of features across pods/modules, including test data management and integration testing for third-party services.</li><li>Contribute towards <b>CI/CD improvements</b> by integrating automated tests into pipelines and monitoring flakiness/reliability of runs.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior SDETs in <b>automation best practices, debugging, and product understanding</b>.</li><li>Actively identify gaps in process or coverage and <b>propose improvements</b> to speed up delivery and reduce customer-reported bugs.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>4–6 years of <b>experience in Quality Assurance Engineering</b>, preferably in product-based or SaaS companies.</li><li>Strong coding skills in <b>JavaScript/TypeScript or Python</b>, with experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Mocha, PyTest).</li><li>Solid understanding of <b>software testing methodologies</b> (functional, integration, regression, performance, contract testing).</li><li>Experience working with <b>APIs, GraphQL, or microservices architectures</b>.</li><li>Ability to work across teams, communicate technical details effectively, and influence design/architecture decisions.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Nice to have</b></li><li>Experience with <b>performance/load testing tools</b> (e.g., Locust, JMeter, k6).</li><li>Knowledge of <b>CI/CD pipelines</b> and tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>containerisation &amp; cloud services</b> (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).</li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>monitoring/observability tools</b> (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).</li><li>Prior experience in <b>mentoring/junior team members</b>.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Remote First Policy</li><li>5 Days Working With FLEXI Hours</li><li>Group Medical Insurance (Parents, Spouse, Children)</li><li>Group Accident Cover</li><li>Group Term Life Insurance</li><li>Company Sponsored Device</li><li>Education Reimbursement Policy</li></ul>
