<div><b>The Role</b></div><div>We are seeking a dynamic <b>Account Executive</b> to join our high-velocity sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently closing inbound, marketing-generated leads across international markets including the United States, Europe, and APAC. With an annual sales quota of $300,000, you will work on short sales cycles (15–20 days) and average deal sizes of $3,000–$6,000. This role is best suited for driven sales professionals who thrive in remote environments, excel at discovery and demos, and can confidently move deals from lead to close with minimal supervision.</div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure</li><li>Engage with inbound leads, conduct detailed discovery, and deliver impactful product demos</li><li>Handle objections effectively and position high-level solutions tailored to customer needs</li><li>Negotiate and close deals within short sales cycles while maintaining strong win rates</li><li>Consistently deliver attainment of the annual sales quota of $300,000</li><li>Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in CRM</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and customer success to drive seamless customer experiences</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Experience</b>: 2–3 years of <b>Sales OR Business Development OR Account Executive</b> experience as a <b>Hunter OR Closer OR New Business Sales</b> professional in the <b>B2B SaaS OR B2B Software OR IT Services OR Technology Services industry</b>. Role must be focused on <b>hunting new logos / acquiring new customers / net new business</b>.</li><li><b>Outbound Prospecting / Lead Generation</b>: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in <b>Outbound Prospecting OR Cold Calling OR Lead Generation OR Pipeline Generation OR Business Development Outreach OR Sales Development</b>.</li><li><b>Territory Management</b>: Minimum 1 years of direct experience handling <b>EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)</b>. Experience should include <b>regional sales ownership OR territory planning OR enterprise account management across these geographies</b>.</li><li><b>Sales Methodologies</b>: Hands-on practice with one or more of the following frameworks: <b>MEDDICC OR MEDDPICC OR Challenger Sale OR SPIN Selling OR Sandler Method OR Value Selling OR Solution Selling OR Consultative Selling</b>.</li><li><b>Quota Performance</b>: Proven track record of <b>meeting AND exceeding annual quotas / sales targets / revenue goals</b> in the range of <b>$200K TO $300K</b> (new business).
