We are an analytical engine of the company providing insights to support optimal business decision making.  Our team is seeking an experienced Corporate FP&amp;A Manager to be the finance lead supporting our Corporate functions. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of FP&amp;A, acting as a key business partner to Corporate leadership.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Assist in topline forecasting as well as financials consolidation and reporting</li><li>Collaborate with and support FP&amp;A and other key stakeholders across the organization to enhance forecasting, scenario planning, reporting, and analyses</li><li>Deliver and evolve existing management reporting to summarize data into insights and facilitate decision-making, partnering with data and reporting teams</li><li>Leverage and improve current processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness as the company grows and scales</li><li>Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Assist in strategic planning initiatives and special projects as needed.</li><li>Maintain and improve financial planning system (Adaptive)</li><li>Bring best practices to streamline processes, systems, and automation to help the business scale.</li><li>Be a role model and “trusted hand” to all other members of the finance team. Ensure a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy.</li></ul>Who You Are &amp; What Makes You Qualified:<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to work optimally with senior leadership team members (Sr. Managers, Directors, VPs) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and deliver within short/tight deadlines and with high precision.</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated and data driven mindset with track record of successful financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience with increasing level of responsibility.</li><li>Experience working for a Tech/ SaaS company strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, and Salesforce (including CPQ) a plus.</li></ul>We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, and skills of our internal peers in the role.
