The Senior Program Manager excels in managing complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and proactively driving go-to-market solutions. One of the main priorities of this role includes ensuring the quality, consistency of Spring Healths demo environment. This includes project managing  cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, product marketing, and sales to build and maintain a reliable demo that showcases our softwares value. The ideal candidate for this role can oversee multifaceted initiatives, foster collaboration across many verticals, and spearhead projects that positively impact product, sales and marketing efforts.

This full-time, remote position reports directly to the Associate Director of Product Operations and requires approximately two business trips per year. Candidates located in New York City may work in-office at our headquarters up to three times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Drive high-impact product launches by leading coordinated efforts across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Operations, and Sales.Develop a deep understanding of departmental workflows and evolving product changes to align priorities and bridge cross-functional efforts.Create and manage comprehensive project plans—including updates, enhancements, and maintenance—ensuring on-time delivery and transparent communication across stakeholders.Continuously gather and apply stakeholder feedback to enhance the quality, reliability, and impact of program outcomes.

Demo Quality and Reliability

Develop and maintain high-quality demos that showcase the products core features and differentiators, tailored to various customer segments.Ensure demo environments are consistently updated and reflect the latest product improvements and functionality.Implement best practices for demo delivery to highlight key value propositions and maximize customer engagement.

Demo Storyboarding

Create compelling, structured narratives that align with customer needs and demonstrate the product’s value in real-world scenarios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights and use cases into storyboards that enhance sales and onboarding experiences.Establish and document repeatable frameworks for storyboarding that can be adapted across different sales contexts and customer journeys.

Demo Field Support

Provide ongoing support to Sales and Customer Success teams by equipping them with resources, training, and troubleshooting guidance for effective product demonstrations.Act as a point of contact for sales teams for immediate and longer-term issues, to ensure alignment on messaging, feature updates, and solution positioning.Collect feedback from field teams to continuously refine demos, storyboards, and resources, ensuring alignment with evolving customer expectations and market trends.

What success looks like: 

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive cross-functional alignment, deliver high-quality demo experiences, and support efficient, scalable launch operations. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Launch Execution & Readiness
    • On-time delivery of product launches, with clear documentation, stakeholder alignment, and minimal escalations.
    • Adoption of standardized launch processes across R&D and GTM teams, resulting in increased operational efficiency and fewer coordination gaps.
  • Demo Program Performance
    • Demo environments are consistently accurate, stable, and reflective of current product capabilities with >95% uptime and minimal ad hoc fixes.
    • Positive feedback from Sales and Customer Success teams on demo usability and relevance, measured through periodic surveys and qualitative input.
    • Increased usage and adoption of demo assets across field teams, as tracked by engagement metrics (e.g., training participation, asset downloads, demo sessions).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • High stakeholder satisfaction, reflected in strong feedback from Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Sales counterparts.
    • Demonstrated ability to connect dependencies across teams, reducing misalignment and delays in key initiatives.
  • Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
    • Implementation of retrospective learnings into improved workflows and frameworks within 30 days of launch reviews.
    • Measurable reductions in manual, reactive work related to demos or launches through proactive planning and improved tooling.
  • Enablement & Field Support
    • Timely delivery of enablement resources, training sessions, and troubleshooting support for Sales and CS teams.
    • Effective feedback loops established with GTM stakeholders to iterate on demo strategy and field assets quarterly.

What we expect from you: 

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • [Optional, but beneficial] experience working in sales enablement 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including executive level
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle of Product and Engineering teams and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Coda)
  • Experience working with Sales & Marketing teams. Familiarity with Sales process and effectiveness of sales collateral and talk tracks.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume and frequency of detailed requests, some of which require a tight turnaround
  • Proven self-management, time-management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset for prioritizing and decision-making

The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
