This East Coast–based role (NYC preferred) is part of the product marketing team and plays a critical role in aligning product innovations with cross-functional go-to-market execution. What You’ll Be Doing <ul> <li>Develop compelling messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the value of our member experience to internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional GTM strategy, working across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive alignment and execution.</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and strengthen our positioning.</li> <li>Orchestrate go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring successful adoption and engagement.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Revenue Enablement team to equip field-facing teams with tools, content, and training that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.</li> <li>Contribute to thought leadership by partnering on content that elevates Spring Healths voice in the mental health tech space.</li> </ul> What Success Looks Like <ul> <li>Increased deal velocity and improved win rates linked to effective positioning.</li> <li>Completion of GTM initiatives that deliver measurable impact on business goals.</li> <li>High-impact cross-functional collaboration with clear accountability.</li> <li>Strong internal feedback on the relevance and usability of marketing materials.</li> <li>Timely delivery of GTM projects and launches.</li> </ul> Qualifications Required <ul> <li>5–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or employer services.</li> <li>Proven track record in crafting messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.</li> <li>Ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, compelling value stories.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Experience conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and interpreting product metrics.</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Experience supporting sales teams with enablement content and GTM collateral.</li> <li>Familiarity with healthcare compliance and messaging nuances.</li> </ul> The target base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $164,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
