We’re hiring a hands-on, General Counsel to be our primary legal operator and strategic thought partner as we rapidly scale. This is a VP-level, sleeves-up role: you’ll spend the bulk of your time in the documents (redlines, structures, negotiations), not directing a large department. You will own commercial contracting end-to-end, manage outside counsel with rigor, and offer your own point of view on litigation strategy.
