<div>We’re looking for an Associate Manager to join Spotify’s Creative Operations team within Sales Operations, helping drive operational excellence and scalable delivery across our global ad production landscape. You’ll also play a key role in developing and maintaining Spotify’s Creative Partner Network.</div><div><br /></div><div>This role blends operational rigor with creative program management - optimizing the tools and systems that power every sold ad campaign, while shaping the frameworks that enable creative partners to deliver at scale across global markets.</div><div>You’ll serve as the connective tissue between Spotify’s third-party vendors, Sales, and Creative Operations teams - ensuring production processes, vendor performance, and tooling systems run seamlessly and deliver measurable impact.</div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Oversee and optimize Spotify’s global ad production ecosystem - driving efficiency, accuracy, and reliability across tools, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement of creative tooling systems, proactively using AI and automation to enhance production workflows and reduce friction.</li><li>Uphold the backend of Spotify’s Creative Partner Network - supporting the design and operation of structured programs that drive partner and advertiser engagement.</li><li>Partner with Finance and third-party vendors to manage and standardize global billing, payment, and crediting workflows — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.</li><li>Build and maintain standardized practices, documentation, and training to enable scalable and consistent operations globally.</li><li>Provide operational insights and reporting to leadership, surfacing risks early and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are:</h3><ul><li>A min of 4+ years of experience in creative operations, ad production, or vendor management, ideally within a global organization or creative agency.</li><li>Proven ability to build and manage scalable creative production systems, AI tools, and workflows.</li><li>Stays ahead of industry trends and new developments in the AI space.</li><li>Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, with experience partnering across vendors, sales, project management and operations teams.</li><li>Analytical and organized, with a track record of using data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Familiarity with creative and production management tools (e.g., Asana, Coda, Jira, Salesforce) and financial tracking systems.</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.</li><li>Passionate about systems design, innovation, and empowering teams to work more effectively.</li></ul><h3>Where Youll Be</h3><ul><li>This role is based in New York.</li><li>We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! You should expect some level of travel and a requisite amount of in-person engagements, both internal and external, with a hybrid working approach.</li></ul><div>The United States base range for this position is $92,450- $132,072 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
