<div>We are seeking an Associate Growth Manager, Audiobooks to join the Audiobooks Growth Strategy team. </div><div><br /></div><div>The Audiobooks Growth team is part of the Audiobooks Vertical at Spotify and serves as a central hub for commercial and growth-focused strategic development, working across a series of highly ambitious initiatives to define and develop the future of audiobooks and the business models that support them. </div><div><br /></div><div>Ideal candidates should be curious, creative, and analytical problem solvers who understand how to digest complex problems/opportunities, communicate them to others and develop tactical plans to take action off of these.</div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Develop and ideate on growth and promotional tactics to <b>support Audiobooks format adoption</b>. Strategies and tactics will span audience development, launching growth programs, evaluating distribution surfaces/channels, testing content as an adoption tool and sizing/developing new growth levers </li><li>Partner with insights to <b>develop data driven narratives</b> to contextualize how we are pacing against growth targets. The role will require both a macro understanding of Audiobooks performance on Spotify and a detailed perspective on promotional surfaces &amp; various growth tactics effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate cross functionally with wider Spotify teams to <b>operationalize workstreams and execute upon growth levers</b>. Teams span product, content/editorial, marketing, creator, and insights teams</li><li><b>Become an expert on the Audiobooks industry</b> - by understanding our competitors, keeping an eye on developments impacting growth, and proactively sharing this knowledge across relevant teams </li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>You have at least 3<b>+ years of experience</b> in a growth or digital marketing role that intersects with product and/or content. </li><li>You have <b>proven experience</b> helping grow products in the market and experience setting up and evaluating growth tests and campaigns.</li><li>You’re <b>hands-on and comfortable using AI tools to move work forward</b> (whether drafting messages, generating queries, or adjusting images), but ultimately apply strong judgement and an eye for clarity, quality and thoroughness. </li><li>You have <b>excellent communication skills</b> and are adept at evangelising project goals across a variety of different stakeholders.</li><li>You are <b>collaborative, curious, and excited</b> to work across a variety of teams and contexts to understand the bigger picture.</li><li>You have <b>strong personal organization </b>and project management abilities.</li><li>You’re familiar with <b>AI tooling and prompting techniques</b>, and using them to accelerate analysis, improve operational processes, and/or inspire new workflows. </li><li>You <b>get the job done,</b> even if you don’t have direct control of all the resources. </li></ul><h3>Where Youll Be</h3><ul><li>This role is based in New York</li><li>We offer you the flexibility to work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week. </li></ul><div>The United States base range for this position is $72,386- 103,409 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process.
