This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for an experienced engineer who can combine strong technical depth with strategic thinking and mentoring. As a staff engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping technical direction, driving architectural decisions, and partnering cross-functionally to build systems that are robust, scalable, and thoughtfully designed.</p> <p>We’re seeking someone with deep expertise in Clojure, strong frontend familiarity (ideally with ClojureScript or related technologies), and a proven ability to influence and elevate engineering teams through code, collaboration, and mentorship.</p> <p>The right candidate takes initiative, holds a high bar for quality and performance, is deeply curious, and leads by example. This role may also be eligible for a bonus component tied to individual and company performance.
