This person will review and verify our borrower’s bank accounts to ensure accuracy and ownership. This will be the primary task for this role as it is necessary to have this verified for all our loans. Other processing tasks will be assigned and trained for this role with some loan servicing related tasks. This role will report to the Operations Team Lead. WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH: <ul> <li>Manage your queue of loans for day-to-day productivity</li> <li>Follow the Splash playbook for reviewing and verifying funding accounts.</li> <li>Process customers check payments.</li> <li>Process customers reimbursements.</li> <li>Assist in forbearance processing.</li> <li>Assist in ID verification.</li> <li>Other tasks assigned as needed.</li> </ul> WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPLASH: <ul> <li>Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with lending processes and systems.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Familiar with bank verification procedures is a plus.</li> </ul> WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT: ●    An eagerness to learn new processes.   ●    An exceptional team player.  ●    Excellent time management skills. COMPENSATION: The base hourly range for this role is between $24.00-$29.00 per hour, based on market data and internal compensation practices. This role may also be eligible for overtime work as needed.
