Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assess and improve existing test automation frameworks </li><li>Design, implement and maintain valuable automation tests to reduce manual regression test efforts</li><li>Mentor QA team to enable self-sufficient automation practices</li><li>Find the right balance of UI End-To-End tests and non-UI (API, intergration, unit) tests</li><li>Evaluate potential of AI augmented test automation</li></ul> Profile:<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with deep familiarity across agile development cycles </li><li>Experience with Playwright libraries, Robot framework or (to a lesser extend) Katalon Studio </li><li>Strong debugging and other problem solving skills</li><li>Well-versed in current trends and innovations in the test automation space</li><li>CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating automated tests into pipelines using tools.</li><li>Demonstrates a quality mindset</li><li>Communicates clearly and empathetically</li><li>Able to zoom in on the smallest issues while keeping sight of the broader system</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Proficiency in scripting languages like Python</li><li>Experience with performance testing, for example with jmeter</li></ul>  Sphera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
