As a Spherion part of this team, the Payroll Analyst is a key utility player to the technology-driven team. This role will be responsible for processing multi-national payrolls throughout EMEA and APAC. The incumbent will be technically savvy and not afraid to bring their problem-solving skills to complex scenarios. Responsibilities<div><ul><li>Responsible for full cycle global payroll administration</li><li>Maintain accuracy of payroll system data to deliver monthly payrolls</li><li>Liaise and provide incite for Global Payroll Vendor(s) to ensure accuracy and compliance</li><li>Research payroll issues and be a key resource on payroll matters</li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate with Regional HRBPs, HR Directors, and Finance teams</li><li>Support system implementations and integration projects as needed</li><li>Serve as a utility player within the global Total Rewards &amp; HR Operations team</li><li>Nice to have previous experience with Workday</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of related professional experience with international, managed payrolls.</li><li>Knowledge of payroll taxes, social insurance, pension schemes, and labor laws for multiple countries on a global scale; experience supporting EMEA and APAC payrolls preferred</li><li>Hands-on HR systems experience; Workday experience preferred</li><li>Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies; experience with Payroll accounting preferred</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex. pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.)</li><li>Analytical and consultative capabilities to “story tell”, both simple and complex information to a directed and/or wide audience in both written and oral form</li><li>Crisp attention to detail; creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities</li></ul>#LI-SM1#LI-Remote</div> Sphera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
