As a Community Lead you will be joining a team of highly skilled marketers responsible for creating engaging content and programming to attract and retain a vibrant Web3 community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with Space and Time’s online community, with a strong focus on Asian markets, in a way which builds brand awareness. For this position, it’s also essential to be up to date with new Web3 technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, you should be able to grow and increase engagement within our community. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to foster and grow the Web3 community.</li><li>Engage with community members across various platforms (like Discord, Telegram, X, WeChat) to build strong relationships.</li><li>Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, webinars, and other interactive sessions.</li><li>Plan and execute online and in person community events.</li><li>Handle communications with other Web3 communities to form partnerships and collaborations.</li><li>Manage and control Discord group chats with communities and individuals contacting Space and Time.</li><li>Generate new ideas around community and platform engagement, including efforts related to the SxT Community Points system.</li><li>Engage with the Space and Time community and stay up to date on crypto industry trends.</li><li>Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.</li><li>Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.</li><li>Assist in the development and management of influencer marketing strategy.</li><li>Plan and execute community activations, campaigns, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and community growth.</li><li>Track and analyze the success of activations and campaigns to continuously improve engagement strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing, development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of community activations with overall business objectives.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and Web3 space.</li><li>Educate and inform the community about relevant Web3 concepts and technologies.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert within the community and the organization.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience in Web3 community management required</li><li>Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, trends and communities required</li><li>Experience managing communities on Twitter and Discord required</li><li>Strong understanding of and experience in social media analytics preferred</li><li>Influencer marketing experience preferred</li><li>Project management skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines with little oversight</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders</li><li>The editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences</li></ul> Nice to Haves:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li></ul> If you are passionate about the possibilities of Web3, have experience with cutting-edge technologies, and are eager to shape the future of decentralized data platforms, we encourage you to apply and join our innovative team at Space and Time.
