This high-impact role will be central to SonderMind’s efforts to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare by engaging and activating key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. You’ll be on the cutting edge of SonderMind’s latest product go-to-markets for our digital and AI-powered solutions. This cross-functional role with collaborate with our Payor Strategy, Product, Clinical, Marketing and Enterprise teams to deliver seamless experiences and measurable business impact. Bonus: You laugh in the face of sales targets.</p> <h2>What you’ll do</h2> <ul> <li>Own and execute a payor and employer engagement and sales strategy, including the creation of a business plan and partner enablement playbook</li> <li> Build and maintain 1:1 relationships with high-value payor, employer, channel, consulting and broker partners</li> <li>Represent SonderMind at key industry conferences, events, and meetings to grow visibility and partner engagement</li> <li> Support SonderMinds sales efforts through relationship development, co-selling, and market education</li> <li>Present and demo SonderMind’s digital behavioral health solution to partners at a compelling and strategic level Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including data sharing, performance tracking, and contract execution</li> <li> Keep internal teams - Payor Strategy, Product, Clinical, Marketing and Enterprise teams - rowing together to deliver a unified and seamless partner experience</li> <li> Be responsible to deliver against and crush sales and performance targets</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What does success look like?  </strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Expert Level Knowledge -</strong> You hit the ground running and learned the business inside and out. You articulate clearly and effectively about who we are, where we’re going and the value of partnering with SonderMind</li> <li><strong>Strong Relationships</strong> - you’ve built strong partner ties, negotiated new agreements, driven measurable pipeline growth, and influenced sales outcomes</li> <li><strong>Revenue Growth - </strong>you’re closing deals and have clearly attributable revenue impact from your efforts in market</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in health technology, benefits consulting, or digital healthcare partnerships with a focus on B2B2C or channel partner sales</li> <li>Demonstrated success in building and executing complex partnership strategies with brokers, consultants, or health plans</li> <li>Demonstrated experience owning and achieving or exceeding sales targets regularly, preferably in healthcare sales</li> <li>Experience negotiating and managing contracts and partner agreements</li> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills—able to handle multiple priorities and drive outcomes independently</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver strategic messaging to both internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt quickly to evolving market needs and internal priorities</li> <li>Passionate about transforming healthcare access through technology and meaningful partnerships</li> <li>Preferred: Existing relationships with national or regional benefits consultants, brokers, and/or health plans</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and performance tracking platforms</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Our Benefits </strong></h2> <p>The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, and past performance.
