<h2>About the Role </h2> Tasks and Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify new Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) from scratch through market research, competitive analysis, and existing customer insights.</li><li>Develop marketing campaigns by defining target audiences and building out the right marketing content – blogs, webinars, events, email campaigns, website landing pages, and other enablement collateral to support the product marketing team.</li><li>Create compelling, in-depth product demo videos to support prospects throughout the sales process.</li><li>Work closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams to drive revenue, product growth &amp; customer retention.</li><li>Empower our sales team to solution sell by crafting comprehensive sales scripts &amp; custom demo environments tailored to different customer segments, needs, and industries.</li><li>Deliver revenue and improvements in conversion rates across core investment areas and new product launches.</li><li>Run go-to-market strategies and support market requirements for core investment areas across multiple products, geographies, and user/persona experiences.</li><li>Manage demand generation, go-to-market projects, and communications internally and externally to achieve agreed-upon success metrics and internal KPIs.</li><li>Create and update campaign assets, including but not limited to landing pages, email, video, graphics, and ad copy.</li><li>Research and investigate competition and own positioning for our product, partner, and operational capabilities.</li><li>Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA preferred.</li><li>At least 8-15 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors.</li><li>Must have experience with Threat Intel, MDR, SIEM, Purple Teaming, Breach and Attack Simulation.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members.</li><li>Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to see the big picture while also paying attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and platforms, including digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.</li></ul>BenefitsIn addition to salary and the potential for commissions and bonuses, the position is eligible for SOC Prime’s standard benefits, including:<ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans</li><li>Stock options</li><li>Unlimited paid vacations</li><li>Sick days</li><li>High-growth, collaborative environment with inclusive teams</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Comprehensive health coverage, dependents included</li><li>Home office setup support</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities</li></ul>To apply for this position, please send your resume/CV to <a>recruiting@socprime.com</a>.
