<h2>About the Role </h2> Tasks and Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the MDR services domain.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and requirements.</li><li>Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.</li><li>Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value of SOC Prime’s MDR services to potential and existing customers.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on market trends and generate leads.</li><li>Work closely with the SOC Prime technical and product teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.</li><li>Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.</li><li>Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, including RFPs and RFIs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline development activities within the CRM system.</li><li>Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends and competitor activities in the MDR space.</li></ul>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.</li><li>At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on MDR services.</li><li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity and MDR service offerings, market dynamics, and customer needs.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.</li><li>Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.</li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>BenefitsIn addition to salary and the potential for commissions and bonuses, the position is eligible for SOC Prime’s standard benefits, including:<ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans</li><li>Stock options</li><li>Unlimited paid vacations</li><li>Sick days</li><li>High-growth, collaborative environment with inclusive teams</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Comprehensive health coverage, dependents included</li><li>Home office setup support</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities</li></ul>To apply for this position, please send your resume/CV to <a>recruiting@socprime.com</a> You understand and agree that your submission of this job application does not obligate SOC Prime, Inc.
