You will serve as a technical expert, trusted advisor, and strategic partner to prospective customers, showcasing how Snowplow’s unique capabilities from rich data pipelines to real-time customer interventions can transform digital experiences today and future-proof them for tomorrow’s Agentic AI landscape.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This is a high-impact, consultative role, ideal for individuals who are equally comfortable working with behavioral data architectures and want to grow into the world of real-time personalization, agentic applications, and building the future of customer experience.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Join Snowplow now to help shape the future of intelligent customer experiences: Join the team building the foundation for the next generation of AI-powered applications. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>What You’ll Be Doing:</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>●  Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, identify customer use cases, and drive technical discovery.</span></div><div><span>●  Demonstrate Snowplows capabilities across both CDI (behavioral data, Digital Analytics) and Signals (real-time personalization, dynamic interventions) to technical and non-technical audiences.</span></div><div><span>●  Lead technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts, guiding customers through Snowplows behavioral data stack, Signals APIs, SDK integrations, and intervention frameworks.</span></div><div><span>●  Communicate the business impact of Signals capabilities (increased conversion, reduced churn, deeper engagement) to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</span></div><div><span>●  Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, providing field insights to influence Snowplow’s roadmap and to continuously refine our go-to-market strategy.</span></div><div><span>●  Support broader GTM initiatives, contributing technical thought leadership, collateral, and best practices as we scale both CDI and Signals into the market.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>● Significant experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Solutions Consultant roles (preferably in SaaS environments) related to data infrastructure, personalization, or real-time systems.</span></div><div><span>● Basic skills with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and event streaming with Kafka and Flink. Knowledge / experience with cloud data warehouses and/or lakes including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, S3, and ADLS.</span></div><div><span>● Understanding of AWS, GCP, and/or Azure cloud services.</span></div><div><span>● Technical proficiency in API integrations, SDKs (especially Python and/or TypeScript), real-time data streaming, and basic familiarity with feature engineering.</span></div><div><span>● Working knowledge (or strong desire to learn) of how LLMs, RAG (retrieval augmented generation), prompt hydration, and real-time context injection work in agentic applications.</span></div><div><span>● Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts and tie them back to business outcomes for a CPO, CTO, or Product VPs.</span></div><div><span>● Consultative selling skills such that you are comfortable advising, guiding, and creatively solving customer challenges — not just answering technical questions.</span></div><div><span>● Passion for the future of customer experience, agentic applications, and AI-powered digital journeys.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>What We Offer You in Return:</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>💰  A competitive package</span></div><div><span>🏖 Unlimited PTO</span></div><div><span>🧘 Flexible working</span></div><div><span>✍️401k</span></div><div><span>🏥 Medical, dental and vision insurance</span></div><div><span>💻 MacBook and home office equipment allowance</span></div><div><span>📋Short &amp; long term disability insurance</span></div><div><i>Snowplow is dedicated to building and supporting a brilliant, diverse and hugely inclusive team.
