You must be able to work on-site at our San Mateo, CA HQ twice per week. </b></div><h3>What Youll Do:</h3><ul><li><b>Infrastructure &amp; System Testing:</b> Own and execute infrastructure testing across the entire platform, including critical service upgrades (e.g., MongoDB, Python, Nginx) to ensure stability and compatibility.</li><li><b>Architectural Understanding:</b> Comprehensively understand and analyze the applications end-to-end architecture to proactively identify integration and regression risks</li><li><b>Framework Development:</b> Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks, including API/UI test harnesses, comprehensive integration frameworks, and precise component-level validation tools</li><li><b>Reporting &amp; Analytics:</b> Build and enhance advanced reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights into test coverage, failure rates, regressions, and quality trends</li><li><b>GenAI Innovation:</b> Research, integrate, and develop GenAI-driven features to enable intelligent test generation, automated validation, and advanced debugging support, pushing the boundaries of our QA capabilities</li><li><b>SDLC Integration:</b> Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to embed quality practices and considerations throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</li><li><b>Test Strategy Ownership:</b> Define and own comprehensive test strategies for backend services, complex distributed systems, and cloud-native components</li><li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b> Identify gaps in existing test coverage, lead initiatives to reduce certification time, and proactively work to minimize false failures.
