This role is a great fit if youre a natural leader who enjoys taking projects and driving them forward, improving processes, and excelling on a dynamic and high-growth team.</p> <p>This position is hybrid eligible and will be based out of our main headquarters in Bellevue, WA. You will report to the SVP of Security/CISO and support assigned leaders within the Engineering Organization with responsibilities that extend to leaders throughout US time zones.  </p> <p><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage communications and calendaring on behalf of Executives, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple domestic and international time zones.</li> <li>Serve as a strategic partner to our executives, helping them support their teams and act as a liaison with company leaders, customers, partners, board members, and other teams on behalf of the Executives. </li> <li>Plan and coordinate internal and external events and meetings</li> <li>Define, build, and own multiple work processes for yourself, your leaders, and the organization.</li> <li>Relieve the Executives from administrative burdens, such as tracking deadlines and managing expense reports, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives</li> <li>Skillfully handle meeting logistics, create compelling materials, capture key insights, and ensure action items are followed through.</li> <li>Exercise sound judgment to make independent decisions within established guidelines.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with your leader’s teams and craft polished correspondence and streamline communication.</li> <li>Cultivate strong relationships and build trust with executives, executive assistants, and other key internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with professionalism and integrity.</li> <li>Navigate competing priorities with finesse, keeping leadership informed and prepared.</li> <li>Conduct thorough research and prioritize requests, adapting to changing needs and delivering exceptional results.</li> <li>Organize complex travel arrangements and itineraries, including international travel, ensuring a smooth experience for leadership</li> <li>Support other duties as needed to ensure the effective operation of the Executives and the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Passion for using your skills and experience to improve team culture and effectiveness.</li> <li>Technologically savvy with proficiency in G Suite: Gmail, Google Slides, Google Docs, Zoom, and Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>General curiosity in Smartsheet as a tool and eagerness to learn and incorporate it into your daily tasks.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders..</li> <li>Ability to manage highly sensitive or confidential situations with integrity and professionalism.</li> <li>An ability to handle shifting priorities, frequent changes, and show grace under pressure.
