This strategic role focuses on deepening existing customer relationships and expanding Smartsheets footprint within growing key accounts. You will develop and execute comprehensive account plans, drive cross-selling opportunities, and land new departments across the enterprise. This is a highly impactful role for a driven and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at building long-term customer partnerships. This role is based at Smartsheet in London, UK (hybrid or UK, remote eligible) and reports to the Regional Director, Nordics &amp; Netherlands. You Will: <ul> <li>Exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas by driving expansion sales within a portfolio of Nordic &amp; Benelux headquartered enterprise accounts</li> <li>Lead primary and secondary account teams by partnering with internal teams such as Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales Development</li> <li>Develop and execute renewal strategies across your customer base</li> <li>Manage and execute complex, high-value solution-based sales processes</li> <li>Develop &amp; execute strategic account plans for less than 50 enterprise accounts which drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and landing new departments</li> <li>Build &amp; maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at all levels</li> <li>Accurately forecast sales opportunities and track key performance indicators (KPIs)</li> <li>Champion Smartsheets values and contribute to a positive &amp; collaborative team environment</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> You Have: <ul> <li>5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota</li> <li>Experience using MEDDICC and ValueSelling</li> <li>Demonstrated experience building &amp; maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships at the executive level within large enterprise accounts.</li> <li>Proven ability to drive cross-sell opportunities and land net-new departments in large, global enterprises</li> <li>Experience of working with channel partners for resale and implementation</li> <li>Expertise in developing and executing complex sales cycles and closing large, strategic deals.</li> <li>Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the competitive landscape, ideally CWM or PPM</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools, such as Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Fluency in a Nordic or Benelux language is preferred</li> <li>Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.</li> </ul> Perks &amp; Benefits: <ul> <li>Employer-paid Private Medical and Dental, additional cost for family members</li> <li>Monthly contributions toward your pension</li> <li>Monthly stipend to support your work and productivity</li> <li>25 days paid for Holiday + Bank Holidays + Flexible Time Away Program</li> <li>20 weeks fully paid Maternity Leave</li> <li>12 weeks fully paid Paternity/Adoption Leave</li> <li>Personal paid Volunteer Day to support our community</li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth and development including access to Udemy online courses</li> <li>Company Funded Perks including a counseling membership, salary sacrifice options, and your own personal Smartsheet account.</li> <li>Teleworking options from any registered location in the UK (role specific)</li> </ul><div>  Get to Know Us: At Smartsheet, your ideas are heard, your potential is supported, and your contributions have real impact.
