From the moment a deal is signed through to the day we go live, you’ll lead the way - working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to make sure our solutions fit seamlessly into our end users’ workflows and deliver real value from day 1.</p> <p>You’re a natural collaborator and problem-solver, equally comfortable  in conversations with Directors of CDI to data engineers. You know how to ask the right questions, dig into data requirements and operational workflows, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. You are excited to expand your technical skill set, taking the lead on components like SSO, sFTP and allowlisting. </p> <p>You have a sharp eye for data validation, and you know that clean, accurate data is critical to powering our clinical AI. Learn more at smarterdx.com/careers. </p> <p><em>**This role is fully remote within the US**</em></p> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in a healthcare related field (or, if your y-intercept is lower, evidence that your slope is super steep).</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing, CDI, coding and claims management.</li> <li>A background in healthcare consulting and/or experience overseeing software deployments in a healthcare context.</li> <li>Proven experience as an Implementation Lead or similar role, with a focus on healthcare and revenue cycle.</li> <li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to successfully lead and execute complex implementation projects within defined timelines.</li> <li>Data analysis experience (preferably using SQL or Python)</li> <li>Problem solver who thinks creatively to identify solutions to problems.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset.
