This includes our open source projects (like Swagger, Pact, Spectral, Prism, SoapUI, and Stoplight Elements), the SmartBear Community forum, and emerging spaces such as Discord, Reddit, and Hacker News where our commercial and/or open source users are active. In this role, you’ll work closely with our existing community manager and the Developer Relations team to support curriculum development for the SmartBear Academy, help manage conversations across public channels, and strengthen relationships with users by being helpful, responsive, and proactive. If you’re curious, organized, and enjoy enabling technical people succeed, this is a great opportunity to grow into a key role within the Developer Relations and Community team.
