Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local markets, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. --- Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop and implement regional business development strategies aligned with company goals.</li> <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets across the Middle East (GCC, Levant, North Africa depending on scope).</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government entities, and stakeholders.</li> <li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.</li> <li>Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.</li> <li>Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events in the region.</li> <li>Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with internal policies and financial goals.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and legal.</li> <li>Monitor and report on performance against KPIs, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth</li> <li>Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and cultural practices in business dealings.</li> </ul> --- Qualifications: <ul> <li>Minimum [5+] years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the Middle East.</li> <li>Strong network of contacts and market knowledge in at least one key Middle Eastern market (e.g., UAE, KSA, Qatar).</li> <li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to travel frequently within the region.</li> <li>Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.</li> </ul> Department: Business Development / Sales Reports to: Sales Director International Business Unit Employment Type: Full-Time Location: [City, Country – e.g., Dubai, UAE]  <div>US-based Candidates: we are currently only able to hire residents of the following U.S. states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OR, RI, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, and WI.
