Well Construction Operator

The Well Construction Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers at the wellsite. The Well Construction Operator identifies opportunities to improve the service delivery, assists at the wellsite with the manual task while preparing the tools and supports the maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Ensure individual and crew work safety.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down.
• Perform manual tasks involved in tools preparation.
• Perform rig up and rig down of equipment and sensors.
• Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
• Communicate with the supervisor or engineer either onsite or remotely.
• Act as Crew Leader as pointed by supervisor.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Promote teamwork across the business lines.
