We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Social Media & Paid Media Specialist to lead our paid and organic social media efforts. This role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads (SEM), while also managing organic engagement strategies. You will track key performance metrics, manage budgets, and leverage data insights to maximize ROI and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads (SEM).
Develop audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance.
Manage and optimize budgets, bid strategies, and conversion tracking for cost efficiency.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging paid media best practices.
Social Media Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, engagement rates).
Provide monthly reports and data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Trends to evaluate campaign impact.
Implement UTM tracking and pixel-based conversion tracking to measure ROI and attribution.
Organic Social Media Growth & Engagement
Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook organic channels.
Develop and implement Instagram engagement strategies, including interactive content and trend-based activations.
Optimize content visibility using Google Trends and Search tools to drive organic reach on YouTube
Collaborate with teams to align organic and paid media strategies for a unified brand presence.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in paid media strategy, social media management, and digital advertising.
- Proven success in managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads (SEM).
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and ad bidding strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and paid media reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret performance data and make real-time optimizations for maximum ROI.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, UTM tracking, and pixel-based conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience managing advertising budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience with demand generation campaigns and lead nurturing funnels
