At Skeepers, we empower brands with innovative SaaS solutions that transform customer engagement and drive business success. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to accelerate growth within the mid-market segment.

Youll be part of the Sales Mid-Market Team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager Mid-Market, working alongside a dynamic and ambitious team. Your mission? Drive new business and expand relationships with existing accounts by delivering value-driven sales strategies.

🎯 What’s in it for you?

✔ Own and develop your portfolio – You’ll manage a set of mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities to generate new business and expand existing relationships across our 6 innovative solutions.

✔ Be a consultative seller – Understand clients challenges and provide tailored solutions that maximize the impact of Skeepers’ technology.

✔ Drive revenue growth – Manage sales cycles of 3 to 6 months, closing deals ranging from €30K to €70K, while consistently meeting and exceeding your targets.

✔ Work with a strong support system – Collaborate with SDRs, BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Bid Management teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure seamless execution.

✔ Engage with key stakeholders – Build relationships with decision-makers in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital teams to drive strategic conversations.

✔ Manage the full sales cycle – From prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing, you’ll be responsible for every step of the process.

✅ You are a deal closer – You have a strong track record in consultative selling, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth.

✅ You have experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in Martech, Customer Experience (CX), or related fields.

✅ You are comfortable managing mid-market sales cycles between 3 to 6 months, with deal sizes ranging from €30K to €70K.

✅ You are a top performer – You’ve met or exceeded your sales targets in the past two years.

✅ You are a team player – Success at Skeepers is built on collaboration, so you know how to work cross-functionally.

🏆 What do you bring to the table?

3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Manager role.

Mastery of consultative selling methodologies.

Proven experience in new business development and account management.

Fluency in both English and French – You’ll work with global clients.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
