<h2>Position Overview</h2> <p>The Head of Digital &amp; AI Transformation is a pivotal leadership position at SingleStore, designed to accelerate the company’s digital and AI maturity. Reporting to the VP of Analytics, Enterprise Tech &amp; AI Enablement, this role spearheads the enterprise’s IT strategy—including business application management and the AI &amp; Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). You will drive digital transformation, process optimization, and the adoption of advanced AI and automation solutions, ensuring SingleStore remains at the cutting edge of digital innovation. By leading and inspiring a high-performing team of IT, business application specialists, and AI professionals, you will deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, financial performance, and the company’s market competitiveness.
