Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our telecom sales and customer service organization. This executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing go-to-market strategies that align with Voyant’s vision and goals. The VP of Sales will report directly to the President and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of regional and national sales leaders and account executives.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Voyant’s footprint.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to executive leadership.
- Represent Voyant at industry events, conferences, and with key clients.
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the telecom or unified communications industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling sales organizations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing direct reports.
- Deep understanding of telecom technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
