As a Senior Sales Executive at SimSpace, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth in the OT/ICS, Critical Infrastructure vertical. You will win new business, expand strategic partnerships, and champion our powerful, customizable cybersecurity training and simulation platform. This role isn’t just about closing deals; it’s about building lasting relationships in the ICS/OT market, solving complex security challenges, and positioning SimSpace as the most trusted leader in cybersecurity training environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment, taking ownership of complex deals and driving impact without excessive oversight. Youll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Who you are: <ul> <li>You are a driven sales executive that has proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and securing new enterprise accounts in regional and global markets, driving predictable revenue growth according to sales planning and strategy.</li> <li>You can develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring long-term alignment between client needs and SaaS product offerings.</li> <li>You have built and managed complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at both plant level and corporate level. You have successfully navigated enterprise procurement processes.</li> <li>You are able to skillfully promote and sell security or SaaS platforms while utilizing a consultative approach.</li> <li>You maintain deep engagement across critical industries, including energy, manufacturing, utilities, telecom and other infrastructure sectors.</li> <li>Your experience includes deep and meaningful collaboration cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering and Leadership to refine strategy and execution.</li> <li>In your day-to-day, you drive predictable forecasting and pipeline management using methodical sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling).</li> <li>You have demonstrated experience crafting compelling ROI narratives that demonstrate measurable business value, making it easy for customers to justify investment.</li> </ul> What are the qualifications to apply?
