You’ll work at the heart of the sales organization, in close partnership with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success, to remove friction, increase conversion rates, and accelerate sales velocity to enable our team to perform at its best. You own topics like route design, data quality &amp; enrichment, forecasting, compensation mechanics, sales tooling, and pipeline hygiene - and evolve them as the business scales. We’re looking for a metrics-driven operator who sees themselves as a trusted sparring partner to Sales - working shoulder-to-shoulder with team leads and sales reps to lift efficiency and effectiveness across the entire motion.</div> <h2> How will you make an impact: </h2> <ul><li>Own and optimise the sales funnel process from SQL to Closed Won by improving sales velocity</li><li>Design and maintain deal routing and coverage models to maximise seller productivity and ensure balanced workloads</li><li>Lead forecasting cadence with Sales: weekly/monthly/quarterly commits, pipeline reviews, slippage analysis</li><li>Administer the sales tech stack jointly with RevOps (CRM, sequences, quoting tools, automations) and ensure adoption, data quality and usability by the sales organisation</li><li>Drive pipeline hygiene and process compliance: enforce stage-exit criteria, monitor and maintain data integrity, identify bottlenecks in the funnel</li><li>Enable a data-driven sales culture by creating, maintaining, and continuously improving dashboards and analytics that empower every seller and manager to understand performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy</li><li>Partner with RevOps to ensure system, data and process alignment across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success</li><li>Drive enablement: Deliver hands-on training on pipeline hygiene, stage criteria, and CRM best practices to ensure adoption</li><li>Capture and prioritize sales user stories and turn them into workflow, automation, and UX improvements.</li></ul> <h2> What is in for you: </h2> <ul><li>Unlimited paid holidays</li><li>Work from anywhere</li><li>Team events</li><li>A great culture</li><li>Perk Budget</li><li>Join a purposeful mission</li></ul><div><strong>💰Your salary: </strong>We 💙 transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.<br />The salary band for this role in Germany is: 50.850 - 65.000 EUR annually gross.
