What Were Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Curriculum Designer and Trainer for technical content to develop and implement engaging, impactful learning experiences for our Partners. You will design and enhance technical training programs that educate partners on how to onboard customers to our Sift Platform. 

You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to develop interactive technical learning content. To be successful in this role, you must have experience as a trainer and in creating technical training and instructional materials. General enablement skills are not what we are seeking; instead, we require someone with direct experience in designing and delivering technical training and learning journeys. This contract position is available on a part-time or full-time basis with flexible hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field.

Required: 

  • Experience: 5+ years of instructional design and curriculum development experience for SaaS, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention companies and industries.

  • Knowledge of Fraud Prevention and Cybersecurity.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Absorb, Camtasia), LMS platforms, and multimedia design software.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating straightforward, concise, and engaging technical training content. Excellent collaboration skills and flexibility in approach. 

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to assess learner needs and develop innovative solutions to drive engagement and retention.

  • Must be able to share a portfolio of training materials they have created.
