Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support on content creation/writing and instructional design.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You support the creation of Instructor Led Trainings (ILTS) and web-based training materials
  • You help with the visualisation of teaching graphics, user interfaces
  • You support the conversion of traditional course materials (ppt) into self-directed digital learning
  • You help with the customisation of existing training material

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are studying communication, communication sciences, instructional design, design, educational technology or similar or another field with a focus on communication, communication sciences, instructional design, design, educational technology, media, learning, etc.
  • You are at least for one year, ideally longer available
  • You have good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Initial experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar is an advantage

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have a very good command of English; German is a plus
  • You have very good communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
  • You have a proactive working style and find a way even in unclear situations
  • You have the motivation to be innovative and contribute new ideas
