Experience with <strong>enterprise recipe management solutions is an asset</strong></li><li><strong>PLM applications experience</strong> is a must. Teamcenter experience will be beneficial.</li><li>Manufacturing processes (Continuous, Batch) and Standards (ISA-95, ISA-88) knowledge will be valuable.</li><li>Experience working in large enterprise projects which had teams/functions/requirements from R&amp;D, Manufacturing and Operations will be highly advantageous.</li><li><strong>Full life-cycle application experience</strong> which is coupled with a strong understanding of the inherent business challenges and processes in moving towards an end-to-end digital enterprise recipe management in pharma </li><li>Background in <strong>the Pharmaceutical industry</strong> or other process industries with similar challenges  </li><li>Understanding of<strong> impact and benefits of simulation techniques and solutions</strong> in drug product development and technology transfer</li><li><strong>Knowledge of/certifications in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Azure Infrastructure and Technologies</strong> are assets.  </li></ul><li><strong>Ways of working</strong></li><ul><li>Having a <strong>consultant mindset</strong></li><li>Have a <strong>strong acumen to fit portfolio/solutions to customer problems</strong>.  </li></ul><li><strong>Languages</strong></li><ul><li>Proficient in communicating in English and German</li></ul></ul><p>You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
