Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Milford, OH is $130,541 - $227,000 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex software modules and subsystems within the company’s EDA software suite. Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications. Architect scalable and efficient software solutions that address performance, reliability, and usability requirements. Ensure each business problem is satisfied by a single technical solution. Complete implementation strategy and get stakeholder agreements. Collaborate across projects and teams. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers or identified during testing and validation activities. Support for transitioning major U.S. customers from Teamcenter Rich Client to browser based Active Workspace Client. Contribute to planning effort, provide accurate estimation of tasks. Report accurate status to Scrum Master and help refine story breakdown. Keep Project management tool (Polarion) up-to-date. Ensure that every product change package includes AOS/unit tests. Maintain first time quality – no avoidable CP reworkDrive achievement of zero defects in delivered features, no acceptance criteria failures. Work to ensure there are no regressions in AOS/xUnit/performance due to release node promotes. Contribute to the creation of customer product capability demonstration material. Complete timely and accurate status updates to defect development scratchpads. Ensure Escalation Response - Customer reported Priority 1 issues have daily update and five business day response cycle. Mentor new developers in development tools, product features and processes.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer -related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Working with both architecture and algorithm design, data structures, and object-oriented programming principles. Building PLM software products, Product Structure Management and BOM tools. Requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches. Working with Active Workspace Front-end web application development using MVC design pattern. Using Teamcenter API development. Using Javascript and ReactJs, including view frameworks in multiple projects. Working with OOPs using C++. Delivering software products through the entire software development lifecycle. Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
