This position plays a significant role in the development, profitable growth, collaboration and life cycle management of the assigned customer(s) within the Industrial Vertical. This position will be REMOTE. You’ll make an impact by: <ul> <li>Owning and executing regional account strategies that align with broader business objectives.</li> <li>Driving revenue growth through opportunity identification, pursuit, and closure within your territory.</li> <li>Cultivates strategic relationships across assigned accounts, engaging with business and functional leaders, including senior managers and C-suite decision-makers—to drive impactful, enterprise-level solutions</li> <li>Developing strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions based on local market dynamics.</li> <li>Applying technical product knowledge and regulatory expertise to ensure solution viability and compliance.</li> <li>Collaborating with internal teams to adapt corporate strategies to regional execution plans.</li> <li>Leveraging CRM and reporting tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and support decision-making.</li> </ul> You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university</li> <li>10+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in technical solution selling or industry-specific sales.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs.</li> <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li>Experience in Industrial Vertical or related regional markets.</li> <li>Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in growing accounts through tactical execution and customer engagement.</li> <li>Knowledge of regional regulations and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM systems and regional sales planning tools.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.</li> </ul> You’ll benefit from:   <ul> <li>Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
