This role involves end-to-end project management, from proposal development to execution and reporting, with a strong focus on collaboration and compliance.    Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Manage publicly funded international R&amp;D projects (e.g., Horizon Europe, Eureka, TEYDEB) from initiation to completion.</li> <li>Monitor local and international R&amp;D funding programs and develop collaborative project proposals from concept to submission.</li> <li>Build and maintain sustainable networks with universities and research institutions to foster collaborative R&amp;D initiatives.</li> <li>Oversee administrative processes, audits, and documentation for EU and TÜBİTAK-funded projects.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Siemens’ internal processes, quality standards, and guidelines.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications and Skills <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
