The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Product Management (minimum 6 years in pure Product Management role, NOT project or program management), be an excellent communicator, understanding of market &amp; basic business perspectives, smart in stakeholder management skills . He/She is expected to have prior experience of working with Data &amp; AI/ML products, enterprise software, and cloud services.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Define and execute product strategy for AI-powered workflow automation services.</li> <li>Create and maintain product roadmap aligned with business objectives.</li> <li>Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements.</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis.</li> <li>Drive product decisions through data-driven insights.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.</li> </ul>Required Skills:<ul> <li>12+ years of total experience.</li> <li>6+ years of product management experience.</li> <li>Experience with AI/ML products, preferably in workflow automation.</li> <li>Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS).</li> <li>Strong understanding of Data storage and access services.</li> <li>Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle.</li> <li>Knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures.</li> <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li> <li>Added value skills: Experience with Amazon Bedrock, knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices architecture, familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, MBA in addition to a technical degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li> </ul>Working at SiemensWe offer great benefits and rewards, as youd expect from a world leader in industrial software. We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
