The Brightly Enterprise Account Executive is proactive and consultative in selling, responsible for introducing Brightly energy and ESG software solutions to prospective customers in an assigned territory as well as support partner sourced lead opportunities. You will work collaboratively with the Sales Leadership Team and cross functional team members to develop and manage an account acquisition strategy in your territory. </div><div><br /></div><div><strong>What you will do </strong></div><div><ul><li>Develop and apply a detailed understanding of Brightly energy and ESG products, sales methodology, and processes to retire assigned quota via growth of assigned territory in the verticals or Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, and Higher Education, through outbound prospecting for new client acquisition, ownership of a sales pipeline, and collaboration with Sales Leadership. </li><li>Drive multi-module sales, delivering maximum value to prospective customers. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates for management visibility in sales pipeline. </li><li>Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. </li><li>Work with sales team, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all sales, company, and client needs are met. </li><li>Close sales by building rapport with prospect; explain product and service capabilities; ask pertinent discovery and qualification questions, overcome objections from prospects. </li><li>Strive to build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships. </li><li>Project Manage the procurement process for our prospects to allow for urgency and predictability. </li></ul></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>What you need to have</strong></div><div><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in an energy management, utility data management, sustainability and/or ESG reporting position </li><li>Desire to continually grow and improve </li><li>Strong Critical Thinking &amp; Problem Solving </li><li>Software - Ability to use CRM (Salesforce.com), Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Company Information Database/Wiki, team chat, &amp; online video conferencing tools. </li></ul></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>What makes you a Standout </strong></div><div><ul><li>Bachelors Degree</li><li>Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and/or Acute Healthcare. </li><li>Comfort with problem solving, change management, and iterative processes. </li><li>Previous experience with sales, especially sales of SaaS solutions </li></ul></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>The Brightly culture </strong></div><div>We’re guided by a vision of community that serves the ambitions and wellbeing of all people, and our professional communities are no exception.
