This position will be remote. </strong></p> <p><strong>You’ll make an impact by: </strong></p> <ol> <li><strong> Package Development</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Lead the design and development of both standalone and integrated solution packages across product, services, and sustainability domains.</li> <li>Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and input from Local Country Businesses (LCBs) to ensure offerings are relevant, differentiated, and commercially viable.</li> <li>Ensure packages are modular, scalable, and aligned with the Building X value proposition to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> Cross-TU Alignment &amp; Services Packaging</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Services, and Sustainability teams across Technical Units (TUs) to co-create bundled offerings.</li> <li>Align packaging strategies to maximize service attach rates, pull-through opportunities, and long-term customer value.</li> <li>Ensure consistency in messaging, delivery, and value articulation across all solution bundles.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> Requirements Management</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Establish a streamlined framework for capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing commercial and technical requirements in partnership with Product Management.</li> <li>Champion the voice of the customer and LCBs to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market demand and business impact.</li> <li>Maintain a clear traceability between requirements and roadmap outcomes to support transparency and strategic decision-making.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> LCB Enablement &amp; Liaison</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Act as the primary liaison with LCBs to ensure successful adoption of Building X packages.</li> <li>Support enablement through training, upskilling, and ongoing guidance for Presales Engineers (PSEs), Delivery &amp; Services (D&amp;S) teams.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> Solutions Design Governance</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Provide technical governance and best practices to LCB solution architects.</li> <li>Lead initiatives to upskill architects in Building X solution design methodologies.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> Partner Package Development</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Ecosystem (ECO) team and strategic partners to co-develop targeted solution packages tailored to partner capabilities and market segments.</li> <li>Actively solicit and incorporate partner feedback to ensure offerings are relevant, differentiated, and easy to deploy.</li> <li>Support digital partner evangelism by enabling partners with compelling, ready-to-sell packages that drive ecosystem growth and customer success.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: </strong></p> <p><em>Basic Qualifications: </em></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.</li> <li>4+ years of experience in product/solution packaging, enablement, or technical sales.</li> <li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.</li> <li>Up to 50% travel may be required</li> <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training development skills.</li> <li>Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Siemens:</strong></p> <p>We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
