The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and stakeholder management to drive marketing performance and scalability.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Analytics:<ul><li>Lead the development of ad hoc and recurring reports to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI.</li><li>Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools.</li><li>Conduct advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.</li><li>Measure and evaluate marketing performance using functional and impact metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li><li>Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership using advanced PowerPoint presentations.</li><li>Utilize Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall™ to align marketing and sales efforts around customer value and maximize revenue potential.</li></ul>Marketing Operations:<ul><li>Optimize marketing workflows, campaign execution, and reporting processes.</li><li>Manage and improve marketing data infrastructure and integration across platforms (CRM, automation tools, BI systems).</li><li>Leverage tools like Alteryx (or equivalent) for data preparation, automation, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and execution.</li><li>Support budget tracking, resource planning, and performance measurement across marketing initiatives.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related role.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Experience with Alteryx or similar data automation tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and data flows.</li><li>Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making.</li><li>Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in a leadership or mentorship role within marketing analytics or operations.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).</li></ul>Disclaimer: Please note that, due to the current integration framework, this opportunity is currently available exclusively to employees of Altair and DISW.
