We are seeking an experienced full stack developer software engineer to join our team in building core data platform.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop modular SAAS services to cater Agentic AI, RAG and Data Mesh capabilities</li><li>Implement software programming for SAAS architecture with focus on surpassing customers’ expectations by achieving high quality and on time delivery.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanism.</li><li>Ability to understand sophisticated products, data models, and communication protocol.</li><li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of software engineers through the complete lifecycle of software development.</li><li>Creates, documents, and implements software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas.</li><li>Collaborate regularly with other test engineers within the R&amp;D Unit to set and drive the overall development strategy</li><li>Provide guidance, coaching and apply innovative approaches to improve the productivity, efficiency and quality of product.</li><li>Set the strategy and approach of non-functional requirements like performance and scalability</li><li>Drive automation wherever possible</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Agentic AI ( LangChain, LangGraph, Strand, MLFlow etc)</li><li>Agent to tool integration, Agent to Agen integration</li><li>AWS Bedrock, Open AI, Vector Database</li><li>Experience in implementation of RAG service and RAG Pipeline</li><li>Experience with LLM models for chuncking, embedding and semantic search</li><li>Experience in implementing Micro Service architecture </li><li>Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, data modeling, algorithms, and knowledge of Data Mesh architecture (preferred)</li><li>Hands on experience in Machine Learning / LLMs/ RAG / Agentic AI is must have  </li><li>5+ years experience in developing software solutions using cloud native services (preferred AWS)</li><li>Experience in SDKs, Distributed systems, RDBMS, Client-Server Architecture</li><li>Experience in RESTful APIs, MicroService, Containerization</li><li>Experience with working on Gitlab, NPM, Sonar Cube, Terraform, Helm Charts</li><li>Experience in SQL and/or NoSQL Database concepts.</li><li>Experience in system-design and API designs </li></ul><p><strong>Business Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to collaborate optimally across disciplines, roles, and geographical and time zone boundaries</li><li>Experience with Agile development, CICD, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)</li><li>Proficiency in cross-location communication and the English language</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to different stakeholders and environments</li><li>Willingness to work in an open-feedback environment that wants to continue towards improvement.</li><li>Experience with challenging business partners to uncover the right requirements and clearly scope requests or ideas</li><li>Experience with quickly learning about and familiarizing yourself with different business domains</li></ul><div><div>                   <p><strong>Why us? </strong></p>  <p>Working at Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home and the office at other times is the norm here.
